The Process

Consultation
The first step is to contact us to book a free appointment to measure your windows. During this first class consultation, our expert Darryl will show you our huge selection of samples, and give you friendly but professional advice. We guarantee a free no obligation quote.

The Go Ahead
Happy with the blinds and the quote you have recieved? Then we will go ahead with ordering your blinds! The wait times vary based on the type or amount of blinds ordered, but typically we quote 3 weeks, however if your blinds are ready before, we will let you know!

Fitting and Aftercare
The final step is to book your fitting appointment. We will contact you the moment your blinds are ready to organise a time for Darryl to come and fit your blinds. During this time, Darryl will swiftly and accurately fit your new blinds and answer any queries you may have plus aftercare advice. The customer service does not stop once your blinds have been fitted. We are always here for any further queries.
